Stalwork, Inc. is seeking a motivated, dependable Landscape Operations Technician to join our growing team.

We specialize in high-end residential and commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, lighting, and custom landscape installations throughout San Luis Obispo County.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• ***BI-LINGUAL REQUIRED*** Spanish + English Fluency
• Perform landscape maintenance and enhancement services.
• Install trees, shrubs, irrigation, lighting, sod, mulch, and other landscape improvements.
• Diagnose and repair irrigation systems.
• Identify landscape issues including irrigation problems, plant health concerns, drainage issues, and property deficiencies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Assist with crew leadership and training as experience develops.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate is someone who:

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Landscape maintenance
• Landscape installation
• Irrigation troubleshooting and repair
• Plant identification and proper pruning techniques
• Equipment operation
• Crew leadership experience (preferred but not required)

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
